Magpie Meander

Magpie Meander Natural Area, Fort Collins, CO. Magpie Meander is located north of the Poudre River in north Fort Collins. It is a small area, filled with cottonwood trees, a small pond, and wetlands. When I visited on a cold morning in January, it needed some tender loving care. I'll be back with my trash grabber and a bag. The area abuts McMurry Natural Area on the south side, and it just a short walk along a bike path to Salyer Natural Area.
